Christmas Sea Bass

The La Jolla gift that keeps on giving. I prepped and
cooked my white sea bass collars just like fishermansbelly.com
Yellowtail Kama http://bit.ly/1JRBtqJ recipe.

Sea salt with dried rosemary

Sea Bass Collars prepped only with sea salt/rosemary (no salt on skin!!)

Grilled over coals, Sea Bass Collars with guacamole. Basted with limes
and olive oil.

Happy Holidays. Go get 'em. Yanni

Just made your rockfish soup.... WOW. reminds me of my grandmas Camaron Caldo. Your websites have made me a better cook. I've made several recipes. Thanks for taking the time in making these videos!

Sweet video Yani!!!

Might have to invest in a butcher's hacksaw. Makes slicing and dicing much simpler.
