Looking thru Web Cam

When you look at the Web Cam feed , you see 3 pieces of " K " rail in a triangle on the sand. Does anyone know what function they serve ? Thanks ...

I asked the same thing a few days ago, after watching the web cam for a few days now it appears it is just an island for the vehicles to go around.

Inside the triangle is where you have to sit if you get caught contacting the media because you saw a shark.
