8/22 HOW event

WOW....
What another great event on the San Diego Bay.

The weather was absolutely beautiful and our guest turn out was high.
Thank you to all who came to lend a helping hand or just stopped by to say hello.
It's awesome to see so many new faces of people who want to volunteer and help us continue our growth.

Our management team meeting after the event was a very productive one where we discussed all of our chapters activities as well as reviewed every aspect of the day's event.
We don't just sit back on our chapters success. We are constantly looking for ways to make adjustments and improvements.
Today's main topic dealt with safety issues and the overall on the water experience of our guests.
We are really excited to start implementing our new ideas and protocols that we believe are going to enhance the overall experience and feeling that our guests receive when attending our future events.
More information regarding this will follow once we iron out some details.

Thank you once again for everyone's support and help in making this another successful event!
You're truly appreciated!

As always it was a great event. Very rewarding to volunteer and see vets sometimes catching their very first fish. The smiles on their faces even when catching a greenback mac. The feeling they have at being on a kayak for their first time and enjoying the feeling of being on the water. Can't wait for the next event. Mark

Always cool to hang with the HOW peeps (except for Chad). I never thought cutting up a bunch of squid for bait could be so much..."fun"! Also moved a few kayaks with Wally then pooped out. Next time I register as a volunteer, Jay will have a note next to my name..."P.O.S. Weak and unreliable, bails out early".

Good to meet Geno & KJ'sDad (although I didn't put the name to BWE until now). Tony's got to get his arse down again for some more HOW vids...GOOD JOB HOW! Jim

Ummm...Wally, hello? I guess you didn't see the thread in the Fish Report section?
I...was joking...
Mike (CBad...aka Chad) was lying...word.
Sorry to all offended, if any! Just trying to keep it real. All in fun peeps.
