Seriously? The California sports fishery has to take a tiny percentage of eastern pacific blue fin. A big seiner takes more in one set that sport anglers catch in a decade. Maybe, hopefully, but unlikely other stake holders are having thier limits reduced. Cutting .0001% of the take from 10 to 2, or even 0, isnt going to help build the population. 1 fish has to go in one bag and be clearly labled. Fish can be cut in to only 6 peices. If you catch a 50 lb blue fin youd better have some big zip locks. I can cut tuna on the boat but still have to take the skins off in my kitchen. Mike
