GOURMET BAJA
Before the trip, I like to take and chop a pound of bacon into 1/2x1" pieces and freeze. Chop some onion, bell peppers and freeze. Maranaide beef or chicken and freeze. Oil, salt, pepper, hot green chiles, garlic and spices and TORTILLAS, bring some fresh fruit a couple cans of refried beans some hot sauce , salsa, and QUACAMOLE will get you thru for a week. Just catch a fish or two for fish tacos. Do fajitas, fish tacos, beef tacos, bacon and egg/vegie omlets in the morning. Being out on the water, in the sand and fresh air you will enjoy every bite. Stay hydrated, enjoy. I can stock for two for a week trip for under $100 including food, drinks and ice. Take a friend and enjoy life. If YOU do not DWELL in the past, and you don't DREAM of your future you better be LIVING your life to it's FULLEST....if not you are just WASTING your life away and that should be AGAINST THE LAW!.. Tight lines all.

Great advice Bob. When we would go spend a week down in San Felipe we would load up on the water, which you can do at the 99 cent store. Pretty much all your shopping can be done there for a trip like this. We're in the process of getting Nick's passport card updated and once that happens we'll be heading south again. I miss the peace and quiet of those trips, and the fun.
