Hey Yani,
Don't forget to tell the world on your website about adding marmalade/jam/jelly to glaze smoked fish right before it's done. I shared a bunch of YFT coated in either Raspberry Jalapeno, Mango Habanero or Tropical Jam (from http://www.jackiesjamsandjellies.com/) this past weekend and it was a hit with everyone. Thanks again for the idea, it really kicks my smoked fish up to the next level. |
