Wife found wallet......

So the wife found a wallet with 550 bucks in it tonight, and as soon as I got off work we went and returned it. There was a fishing license in it so I told him he's got good luck and to go fishing.

Strong work. Here's to hoping that karma comes in for you and your wife for a solid move.

Hahaha so a hobie owner would have kept it? I mean when a single bolt for the mirage drive is 700.00 I wouldn't blame you for keeping it But yea that could have been that dudes rent money or to feed his kids. Id rather be broke than to take something I didn't earn....

I knew you paddle guys were good guys

A few years ago I found a fishing license floating on the water while fishing the sewer, I returned it and got this letter and some cash in return

I was a pedal guy at the time

Good on ya! I have been on the other side before, only $40 in the wallet though. Guy looked me up in the phone book and returned it to me right away. I offered and he refused to take the $40.

Great story, it makes you feel good when you do good.

Did you "reward" the wife?
