Raymarine Dragonfly 4

Anyone get their hands on one of these yet? Would love to hear your first hand experiences with it. Looks good on paper and the price point isn't bad either.

Mine won't be in until 2/11! My wife spilled the beans on my bday present!

Thank goodness she got the Pro, the one with navigation!

Cabelas has it for $350 with nav, not $249. $300 without nav I believe. Ordering mine tomorrow. Can't wait

You are correct 249 is without Nav.

Did find this on Ebay, looks like a deal.

Mine was $350 from Cabelas. I think my wife missed the sale that was going on.

Yeah saw that deal on Cabelas, then saw the dragonfly 7 on eBay. Not a bad price @554 but still debating if I really need that big a unit in a Revo which is pretty cramp as it is.

Oh, I see where we get confused. There's a 4dv, 4dvs and pro model. Dv just has down vision, dvs has down vision with chirp sonar, pro has both with GPS and the smartphone apps. I think the Dv is $249, dvs is $300 and pro is $350

I think bass pro offers 6 equal payments or at least they did for me last month...much easier to afford the expensive stuff, and it's not like lay away you get your merchandise first

I called Raymarine today and they still don't have an exact date. They just said mid February, and that it depends on how many units they get from the supplier. Cabelas just has an estimated date, then another 7-10 days shipping once they get it. Looks like early March I'll finally get it

Just installed the Drangonfly 6 on my PA 14. Great color and graphics, and it came with Navionics Gold. NOTE: The unit does not come with an operational/instructional manual, unfortunately. I forked out an extra $35 for a manual; can't wait for it to get here.

owners manual

I'm not sure if by "6" there's a newer model than my 5.7" but mine came with a 1/2" thick owners manual. Anyone can use it anytime. $35 seems a bit stiff for such a item.
