opinion on Calcutta 400B...

Calcutta 400B with 50lb braid matched to appropriate rod (40lb class), sufficient to tackle YT and WSB?

They are awesome reels. I've caught plenty of good sized yellowtail on a 400b spooled with 50lb power pro and 30lb flouro leader.

Pretty decent substitute for the discontinued 400TE. Not real fond of the clicker button and location, but the reels seem to be holding up fine. Most of my fish this year have come on them (including BSB to around 100 lbs). Not sure how well it would be suited for a 40# rod though, as it does not have a lot of torque.
