To help understanding communications between kayakers
I've had fun yesterday fishing in LJ and got a halibut, however I have seen kayakers come up to me and talk, sometime they stared and not moving their lips. I do worry that they may have tried calling me and I didn't hear them when they didn't realize I'm deaf. I can talk well and read lips but don't want kayakers to think or label me rude if I'm paddling away not looking. Just wanted to point it out Ray Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Dont lie Ray you are super Rude
We do have Multiple deaf kayak anglers on this forum and all of them are some of the most friendly in the community. If you feel ignored definitely take a second look and see if you recognize these guys. Having dealt a good bit with several of these guys I will vouch for them being awesome to talk with. |
