If you paddle out in La Jolla Sunday morning, you won't be alone...

Take I 5 to La Jolla (different exits, depending if you're going North or South).
Get to La Jolla Shores. To the South of La Jolla Shores hotel is Avenida de La Playa. That road leads directly to the beach and is the launch. Click the link below for a map: http://www.ljshoreshotel.com/files/LJMap_LJSH.pdf |

There's always parking a LJ. Now, if you want a prime spot get there early. Although there's a swell coming this weekend, the launch should be manageable. I'm not sure if you've ever done beach launch, so you might not want to bring all of your gear (unless you stow it). It's always easier launching, than landing. Time your sets, and unleash you paddle. Good luck.
