really digging the green. looks like a sick platform. 75 pounds is pretty light, reminds me of the tridents. would be stoked to hear some feedback

I like the scupper pick-up. Is the overflow run out a scupper too? Is the pod cover removable or is it a fixed hinge? How far below the sides of the leg wells is the back of the pod? Is the seat easily removable for loading the yak upside down? Definitely need more picks of it!

Jim, thanks for the feedback on your new Kraken Kayak.

I really like how you can dial in / balance the yak by moving the seat & bait tank. Very well thought out. Your many years of experience shows...YOU have taken fishing kayaks to the next level.

Q. can the seat/ tank be adjusted on the fly /water?
It's not a big deal either way...just wondering?

I'm looking forward to trying the Kraken.

The seat lock down system is being dialed in now, it is the last feature to really get where we want it before going full production. But yes the plan is to have it so it is easy to do while on the water. My thing is why have a great feature that you can't easily use. So we are working to get it done right. You may have to move forward out of the seat to do it but it will certainly be able to be done on the water. I want it easy but also want to really be able to lock it down.

You know what we need. Another Kraken walk through from OR, this one with the guys from Yakangler.

Do you have any images of the bottom side of the Kraken so we can see the hull configuration and the transducer scupper?

Everything I have seen is a top down view. Thanks.

Did Anyone else over 40 get a craving for a Big Stick Popsicle after seeing this photo?

Great run through with YakAngler Jim! You answered many of the questions I was wondering about in this piece... This is an exciting boat for sure!
