Dispute over "right of way?" I have no idea who was at fault, but it sounds like a kayaker asserting he has right of way as a non-powered craft (probably correct, technically) against that of a large, lumbering vessel that cannot easily maneuver.
Kinda like stepping into a pedestrian crosswalk ahead of a semi. You can be dead right. |
