Calico Bassin' Memorial Day Report
•      Day of arrival winds were gusting. Second day was our kayak-calling, so we hit the rental shack and saddled up tandem. Headed out first thing in the morning and was pitching a 5/8oz Chatterbait garnering a handful of checkers to start off. Second round of attack was a weedless Nuked Pilchard Glow 7” scented Jerk ShadZ getting inhaled left & right down the lanes.. Third and final round of artillery choice came by way of the Z-Man’s scented PaddlerZ in their new Pinfish color-way and that really seemed to get the attention of the big ones.    Lunch Break Spot..      Cliff Ropeswing   5" Scented PaddlerZ in Pinfish gettin' it done..  Chatterbait / 'Pearl Blue Glimmer' DieZel MinnowZ trailer  7" Scented Jerk ShadZ / Nuked Pilchard Glow  Pinfish PaddlerZ / 3/4 oz Weedless Jig + Sardine Skirt
