Let us know how it goes, me, my dad, and brother went and paddled(still no fishing licenses) the whole lake about 2 weeks ago. Great temperature, but the water was packed full of floating chunks of algae, they must had recently dredged the shores or flushed out the aqueduct. Everyone we talked to was getting skunked but it should be getting better. It's snowing up here in running springs today, the snowmelt might drop the water temps a bit, but I'm sure it'll still be great. Good luck.

Will do. Yeah im not sure how much the water temp will drop from these storms today.. But a couple of guys went out last week and caught 83 of the schoolies..
Omly one way to find out if they still want to play.. Have to get my line wet. |

Holy crap, hope it wasn't 83 fingerlings haha any idea what's working for bait right now? Don't remember where I heard this but someone was saying they have their best luck if they go to the store and buy the cheapest non frozen fish available. I guess they don't dig the frozen baits much. Not sure what works as far as lures.

These guys didint use bait.. Fish were caugh on a-rigs, jerk baits, flukes on scrounger heads. All fish were schoolies so 1-2lbs. They only kept a limit and did alot of catch and release.
