Found setup....

I went out yesterday to OB pier area to fish the structures and kelp. I found a Daiwa spin cast set up bobbing on top of the water near the jetty. Not sure if it belongs to anyone here. Whoever did own needs to figure out how to put there line through all the guides and tips and stop Micky Mousing around!!!

I wanted to pick up a halibut and maybe some Calico's. with the fog so thick and water really green made it tough to see what was coming up. I hooked into one mystery fish that fought super weird. Big head shakes but not much of a fight until it wanted to. Got it up by the boat and wound up being a baby black. I'm guessing 20-25lbs. I caught it super shallow so it went back down with ease.
