8/4 - LJ PM - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

tide was high.
wind made for some slop.
most kelp was buried by 1-5 foot of water.
lots of bait, they won't eat the sabiki.
hooked a medium calico on the iron.
had another follower.
had something hit the plug on the way in.
it came un-buttoned during the fight.
easy landing

Afran, thanks for the report. I was going to do a pm run yesterday, but the wind didn't look like it was going to lay down. Maybe this evening.

the the wind was up. The water is super warm. Yeah hopefully this PM. Maybe I'll see you out there.
