Quick survey: does your gaff get rusty?

does the hook on your gaff get rusty? If not, who made it and where did you get it? thanks

no rust on my gaff. made it in my garage with stainless rod from an old pool filter. sorry about the sideways pic.

Stainless will rust eventually if you don't take care of it. Freshwater rinse, hand dry, and a Corrosion-X treatment every now and then will help prevent rust. I use Mustads and mine shine like new. A little TLC goes a long way.

Nope stainless hook with bamboo, and floats.

this guys made it and his work is bad ass!

Can't get rusty if it doesn't touch the water, mine only comes a long for the ride just for fun But I still rince it after each trip.
