If you can weld one yourself that's the way to go. None of the commercial carts I've seen are that great. The hobie heavy duty cart is about 2" too wide to fit the grooves in the stealth, the "V" carts don't have a deep enough "V" and the boat rocks side-to-side on them, and the scupper hole carts are just too hard to lift the boat up and get them in. $50 or so in steel and parts at home depot and $10 in wheels at harbor freight gets it done nicely and a perfect fit.

PVC cart

You can make one out of sprinkler PVC cost about $20 in parts.
I made one for my hobie outback prefect fit and work great.
