When we moved to Baja we got a used class C money pit to bring stuff down. When we first got it I needed a rack and went to RV place. They had nice chrome racks that went on the back and sides. Nightmare to put up and expensive so when I went to find something for the front half I went to Home Depot and got galvanized pipe pieces, already cut and threaded, a couple elbows and then some bases the pipes fit into that were in the same section. Way easier, way stronger, and way cheaper. No leaks from where I attached.....just everywhere else!

I have a Class C RV with a rubber roof, and went to Rack and Road in Costa Mesa, and they put it on for me a few years back, Its a yackama with 6 ft. cross bars, and install the adjustible roof rails tracks also
I have hauled lots of surfboards, and also take 2 Cobra Kayaks to Northern Calif. when I go deer hunting, Works real well.

They are on Harbor , about 2 blocks north of Newport blvd.

I dont remember exactly but around $450.00 installed i think, its been a while

All they do is rack systems for cars, trucks, RV's and carry all brands, and they even carry those lightweight trailers for kayaks and such.

I have a class A motorhome and have often thought about throwing the yak up there on a few trips....but, how the heck do you get a PA 14 up and down?
