Can we enter both?
Do big fish points count for the angler of the year total?

No and No.
Big fish division is a stand alone event that doesn't have a points system to contribute to the trail. We have a no live bait rule for the bass events which makes rule enforcement hard if an anlger is in two divisions at once. After all, catching fish with live bait is easy. |

I've never been able to figure that out. Most bass fisherman use lures and/or goop that they will tell you, often at length, is "deadly" on this or that poor little fish. Processed sea urchin is cool, but live bait, now that's cheating.
