Santa Cruz

Not the biggest but it's my first sea bass. Caught one mile out in Santa Cruz area with live squid.

you ever see any of the big toothy critters a mile out at Santa Cruz? Meaning the big white sharks out there? Sure, we have some at La Jolla, amazed there are not more sightings, but Santa Cruz?

Not yet and I hope not too. A kayaker got attacked by one this year already here in capitola.
