7/1/12 Calico, Ceviche

Went out this afternoon with a buddy offshore of LJ. The kelp was flat with the current, wind around 5k onshore, water with good visibility 20 foot plus, sky from partly sunny to mostly cloudy, bait seemed more scarce than its been. No big fish today, just fun calico and ceviche. I cut the fillets into small chunks, and added lime, let it sit in the fridge for a 3 hours, then put in tomatoes and red onions and a dash of salt).
