Hobie Revo/Outback rod stowability for surf launches?

I'm new to the hobie scene and am trying to figure out which one I want.

I know the adventure can stow below deck for launching, can the outback and revo do the same? All my rods are 7'-8'

Thanks

I dunno about stowing the rods in the hull, but there is another way. If your afraid of loosing the stuff, just take your reels off and put the into your hull. Then take your rods and strap them to the side of your kayak. There is little grooves for the paddle on both side that works perfect for a few rods on all hobies. I've done it a time or two and it works out perfect.

Access below from the boat is tough especially on rough water. Remember to keep your gear where you can get to it w/o twisting and turning. Leashes

Is the revo that much faster than the outback? I'd like to demo them all but don't have much time to....

The Revo is faster and has a smoother ride, less hull slap in the chop=dryer ride and less of a chance of spooking or when sneaking up on them. The revo also slices through waves when launching in the surf.

The outback maybe a little more stable but unless you plan on standing up it shouldn't matter too much, on thing the outback does have though is more storage space.

Had both

Outback, slightly slower, slightly
Way more stable
Much more room for storage, mounting stuff
More hull slap in big surf.

Of the two my choice is either.
