Another newb qustion

Starting my shopping list for the Outback. Looking for a pump. The pump will not be in the tank. First question:

Which pump do you guys recommend?

It will be powered by a 6v sealed lead acid battery. I looked at the tsunami 500 so it should be pumping around 250 gph on a 6v right?

Secondly, in a 6-7 gallon bait tank isn't 250 gph still alot? Don't want to kill the bait.

Thanks in advance!

I've got a Tsunami 500 in a 5 gallon tank. For macks I use a 12v battery.
Sardines do better with the 6V. Anchovies seem to do fine with either.
