I saw a artical on the web today that stated "California is the most hated state" gee I wonder why...all we can do is keep fighting the good fight,
because the yahoos that run this circus certainly can't do it right...

Done.....keep it up guys. Let's give our children a chance to experience the amazing sport of fishing, before they take it away from us. We already lost one battle, but the war isn't over. Do your part and we will prevail..

BEN HUESO BLASTS RICHARDS WITH RESIGNATION DEMAND LETTER
By Paul Lebowitz
WON staff writer

Earlier today Paola Avila, spokeswoman for California state assemblyman Ben Hueso, D-San Diego, told the San Diego Union-Tribune that she had nothing to report regarding action contemplated against Fish and Game Commission president Dan Richards. Nothing would likely be done or announced "for a couple weeks."

A letter obtained by WON at 3:30 pm puts the lie to that claim. The demand for Richards' resignation is signed by 39 members of the assembly, two short of a bare majority. It's been in the works for a while.
The rest:

Anyone living or working in the 79th District should email Ben Hueso's office to express displeasure at his actions against our representative Dan Richards.

Time for a recall or at least make this knucklehead think twice!

Let's dissect that letter a bit...

"In California, we are very proud of our laws. They are a representative of our collective values; especially the bold, forward-looking laws directly passed by the voters that elevate an issue as important to the protection of protected species."

Really? Laws passed by the voters? I don't seem to recall getting the chance to vote on which areas would be deemed closed to fishing. I do recall getting told I had a mere 3 minutes to speak before the BRTF, and even then my time would be cut short. I also recall that the decision weighed not on my 'vote', rather what the BRTF deemed in the best interests of the population. I further recall the lack of publicity, and being told by the committees that it was our job to educate the 'voters'.

I also recall 'voters' choosing the lesser of two evils as put forth by the MLPA task force, only to have boundaries and options changed without our input; a classic case of bait and switch...let's see what we can get away with, only difference, we didn't have a 'vote'...

"Your actions have raised serious questions about whether you respect the laws of the people of California and whether you are adequately fit to enforce those laws."

So, did you write this or did one of your staff write this and you signed off on it, because if you did, I question your competence and whether you are adequately fit to represent my interests.

"While your actions may not have been illegal in Idaho, they show a lack of judgment and a disregard for how such actions would be perceived by California citizens."

Perceived? Perceived, as in, glad he didn't do this in California?
Maybe that's why he was in Idaho...reaching there, aren't ya?

Any cougar attacks or problems in Idaho? So, are you going to ask the Fish and Game wardens to tender their resignations as well?

Letter sent to Ben Hueso as well...how long is your term? Thinking I might make a trip down to Chula Vista...

So I sent my letter to him, and had to designate an area they allow...

So I chose, and I chit you not....

AB 750 2012 Finance: investment trust blue ribbon task force

Approve or Oppose...of course, OPPOSE!

Then my address wasn't in his district, so I gave an address in his district...

What the bloody hell is 'investment trust blue ribbon task force'??????

Is that how they get paid, indirectly?

Free food, free rooms, compensation for travel, and is this paid by citizens without their knowledge?

And we 'voted' for this?

Since Hueso and Wiseman took a dump in my backyard, I wanna go take a dump in their backyard...

Just more horse sh!t from a bunch of phony baloney radicals.
-They're Mad at The World ... lmao

Maybe they should concentrate on something more productive.
-Like cleaning up the sh!t thats floating around in our fishing grounds.

I almost ran this thing over today, it was barely visible in calm water. I called the SD Lifeguard on the radio and gave them the gps #'s. They sent a jetski out and couldn't find it - so I led him back to the the barrel. He just looked at the barrel and said there was nothing he could do ?? (Nice Huh)

Instead he decided to motor over and play with the porpoise. Thats right, he rode away and was playing with the porpoise with his jetski.
- Isn't thats special. (((sheesh)))

Recycle Here - Must be 55 Gallons of Clean Water Act

---------------------------
On a more positive note.... Mexico was very good to Me today.
I decided to use my money for fuel instead of buying a visa. They can try to extort someone else because I ain't going for it..
I spared the BSB for lack of room in the kill bag - and also knowing I was heading to La Jolla for the afternoon.
