for those who may be wondering...
this shows the northern border of the Dana Pt SMCA... no fishing north of this line... south of the line all the way to Encinitas is legal to fish... |

Thanks yakrider!! I'm glad, at least, the 1000 steps kelp beds are in play.
I'm going to destroy Doheny's waters! Since this south is good-to-go, what are some good spots in Oside?? |
