$14,500.. No thanks. Not for a zodiac on steroids. I could get more usable deck space, double the speed and power, and possibly a lower price tag from a waverunner. Or at least a well equipped zodiac, with an open hull/deck area. Neither one would be be my ideal fishing platform though.

Still cool to see those guys launching through surf.. would have been even better if something broke in the process though.

That must be a fast boat with a 30 hp. I would bet 40 mph easily. Its part of the reason it can muscle in and around the surf so easy.
Power to weight ratio.

My Klamath Stinger does 33 mph on gps loaded with 2 people and all their gear with a 30 Mercury.
-----------------------------------

-The Surf Launch is Key. It makes it very desirable for that reason alone.
I like it. Where can I find one in the USA ?

That 14 grand is negotiable as is everything else in this market.
