Santa Cruz Bugs ? Maybe in 3 years
Went to Santa Cruz for the weekend with the family to watch the kids in their band review. Wife said no fishing this trip so I did some free diving for bugs Sat night .Dived in water to 30 ft ,No takers but I thought I was in a lobster nursery for all the smalls that I saw ,should be productive in about 3 years .Spent 4 hours in the water ,but just being there felt good. Sons' band took ALL top awards .Pleasure Point had 48 guys in the line up surfing waist high waves ,what a zoo .Cold Water Classic is going to need some solid surf this week to make it memorable .Maybe next time
