Looking to go out tomorrow. Can't make up my mind as to where to go. Anyone know which place would be best? Thanks

Last Sunday (26th), I fished Newport Harbor on the outgoing tide and within 2 hours had 6 halibuts and 4 spotties. All but 2 of the butts were legal (24 - 27 inches) and on bass tackle they were great fighters.
