Lost Setup @ Shores yesterday..
went out yesterday @ 4am in that dense fog..launched & made it out easy and turned sideways as usual to set a few things up, & somehow i launched my one decent reel ,the sealine40sha on my 9', straight down in 10-11' of extremely salty & sandy H20..
straight out from the launch..if anyone comes across it let me know PLEASE, not only is it one of the only reels i have, its my favorite recently rebuilt with carbontecs.. not that any of that matters now!.. ill look for it on a dive later this week, but thought i'd mention it.. THANKS! w- |

wade if you need a loaner reel let me know, i have a gti 2 level wind with 65# spectra with 30# floro leader or a gls with 30# mono. i know there not top of the line reels but they will work in a pinch. im only going to use one for the SMMT tourny.
your choice

Hey Wade, If you need a set up for the tourney or until you replace your lost set up, I have Moyer's old Seeker and Avet MXJ combo you can use. I'll bring it for sure on the 11th. I am not certain what line is on...Its braid topped with 30 or 40lbs...I think? Matt, does that ring a bell???

Wade...you running a high/low setup for your flylined macs??? I have a rod with your name written all over it for the tourney. You can also use the lefty reel that's attached to it. Just turn the rod upside down and start cranking and you'll never know the difference. |

i can also hook you up with a 6'6 sabre stroker or an old school 7' shimano rod. your choice of either rod or reels. either one i know YOU will catch fish with them.
