ff connection

quick question to anybody who might have an answer,

my first ff plug connection corroded from the saltwater, i picked up some dielectric grease from an auto parts store, i was thinking that this might work for the new plug connection. if anybody has any idea or has ever used it, any info would be greatly appreciated.

Works great and does not conduct electricity. Not a bad idea to coat all your connections with it, even the leads from your charger. Some wire connectors come with it built right in.
