corona del mar-newport
has anyone fished kelp at cdm lately.takeing day off of work tommorow and want to hit it up for the day.

I have fished it, to the north end of Crystal cove a couple evenings into the dark, in the last 2 weeks. Easy greenbacks, spanish and smelt, calicos and sandbass ....not what I was looking for. Water is around 65 degrees

My brother and I plan on hitting Newport/CDM tomorrow. Should be launching around 7ish.
