3/6 LJ mackeral and nothing more
Looking at this week's forcast, today looked like as good as it would get. Small surf, easy greenbacks just past the can. Bait on the bottom and the yoyo out to the 1/2 and back, nothing but a couple mackeral on the iron. Wind came up in spurts. Most of the morning it was light offshore, then 10 kts, then glass then 10 knots again Vito was the only other yak out, He said he started north, looking for rockies, but only got a couple calicos. He had one red and was looking to round out a meal, when I headed in. Nothing much on the surface, just smelt. mackeral seemed to be on the bottom. Army green water with 10 foot of visibility.
