Dana Point ~ 10-6-2009
Was out on the water at about 5:30pm.. the harbor was empty. So.. I trolled a Rapala X-rap and a Roboworm swimbait on my way out to the ocean. On my way out, I hear this large splash. I look back, and a white hawk had my swimbait in his claws.. I immediately grabbed my pole and thankfully he dropped it.
I continued out to the ocean.. and ended up catching 3 bonito, 2 calico's and 4 barracudas. It was really nice out on the water. Lots of people dropping hoops. Anyway, below are some pics: |
