Mid vs. Full Size Paddle Blades

Currently using a Werner Camano and wondering if a bit larger blade might help move my yak a bit better. My paddle stroke seems to be a bit in between the low angle and high angle so I don't think that will matter much. Just seems like the larger blade might move more water. Granted this will come with the cost of a better workout but I am a bigger guy and can probably handle it.

Any of you used a smaller-mid size blade before and now using say a Corryvreckyn or Ikelos? Other brand?

Thoughts and experiences welcome....

Thanks,
Steve
