2/27 Lago La Jolla
Launched with Kurt (AKA Turd Master ) We both headed north.Other than a short whip up of the wind from 7-7:30 it was beautiful on the water. Had line peeling on a MC swimbait in sardine. Not what I was hoping to find at color. My only other fish was another leapard on the mackerel. No concentations of bait, just popping here and there. Greenies seemed easy to make on the bottom. One of theose mornings, ya hate to throw in the towel.

Glad to see someone else catch one of those damn things. Always a thrill when they hit, but what a pain after that. Might go tomorrow but its hard to believe any of these forecasts.

Wish there was a jackpot today. One of my sand asses would have won since sharks don't count. :P Just a beautiful day to be paddling. Saw lots of sting rays off the beach and a very lost spiny lobster. Wish I had a measure with me.
