Fishing the kelp around Palos Verdes Produces Fish
Fun day trying to beat the heat yesterday. Got on the water around 7:30 and we were able to pick a few fish out of the salad. Got a couple nice Sheeps and my son hooked up with a feisty Seabass and a few small calicos. Fun day overall. Water temp 70 winds light between 3-8 mph. Off the water around 11am.

Sounds like fun. Those shepherd are just plain delicious, steamed with a little butter and in my opinion as close to lobster as you can get without having to use traps. Enjoy the eats!

Totally agree. I cooked these up on the bbq and they were fantastic. I'll be back for more very soon!
