What happened to Yakima?
Early June, I ordered a bed cap for my truck set up with Yakima crossbars. Bed cap came in with the Yakima mounting racks but crossbars and mounting hardware were back ordered. I called the bed cap dealer today who said Yakima wouldn’t have anything to them until at least December. That seems kind of ridiculous for something so simple. Thats at least 6 months. 🤔

Anything built outside of country or from materials sourced from outside the country (i.e. imported steel, aluminum, stainless, etc.) is taking an absurd amount of time to get in right now. Add to the limited capacity at manufacturing plants the back log of ships sitting in the ports, anchorages, and idling waiting to get in, and its a massive logistical logjam.

The only orders I've gotten 100% fulfillment has been at the drive thru.
