Success in Santa Barbara
I went with some friends out of Santa Barbara, to 1 mile reef a week ago and we had a good time. Catching wasn't spectacular across all species because white fish were so aggressive.
Besides catching Whitefish off of squid and shrimp, a few rock fish, a Sculpin, some small Calicos, and a personal best Barred Sand Bass was caught. I successfully used a mix of High/Low rigs, Carolina rigs, and 3" crab colored big hammers throughout the day. We fished from 8-2 when the wind turned violent. Water temps are warming up and we had a great day. More reports to come. Mr. B2B
