Work's been kicking my ass lately, so I decided to take it easy and launch from the baby beach and just cruise around and fish inside Dana Point harbor. Launched around 5:45ish. Was super foggy most of the morning. Bait was perfect size though and my buddy and I both got decent size halibut, but both were under the limit. Mine came in at just under 21", but still stoked anyway just to get one. Bottomed-out tide on the way back exposed the sandbar which made for a nice place to chill for a little while before heading home.
