DP reports?

Anyone had any luck out of Dana the past few weeks? Haven't been able to get out lately as my wife and I just had our first kid arrive. Any reports/details much appreciated.

I got some bass last week. Sand bass near the end of the pipe at around 60-70 and calico at the 40-50 where the kelp is.

Was out last Sunday, not much up near the beach or south.

I hadn't targeted Halibut yet since I've been back in the yak. I decided to give it a go. Launched off the beach next to the jetty, paddled over to the bait barge for some nice Sardines and back out to the beach. I probably caught and released 10 or 11 shorts plus the usual assortment of sharks. But I did manage one keeper. Not huge, but legal ~28"

It was like old times. I forgot how much fun halibut fishing in Dana Point can be.
