It can be done off PCH early in the AM of at Sunset marina and walk in your kayak.

Edit: I just browsed the area on Google maps it looks like seabridge park has easy access to the harbor, and there's a cul de sac on sagamore drive near Trinidad park that appears to be a popular spot for launching as well.

Any one know if there is public Access to those spots?

Seabridge usually has good access and parking till mid morning.

That bottom picture sum up my experience whenever I try to take picture with tape measurement of a nice fish on the kayak.

Get a Hawg Trough or Bump Board...it's so much easier to accurately measure and photograph the fish...
