Oops I did it again.
Hit the Owen at 9:30 on Thursday 1-31-2019
We had great weather on Thursday and I landed 24 fish. Friday we tried for some drys but not much happened. In the afternoon one back to nymphing and landed 10. Saturday it poured only fish 3 hour but landed 10, this one went 17 inches.. a rainbow. Sunday woke up to a little snow on the car, fished from 8:30 till 11:30 and drove home. It was a GREAT fishing trip! Mark F. |

That looks like a great trip. I’d definitely want to try it someday. I’m a novice fly fisherman at best. Only experiences are with my 8 wt in the saltwater, but I do really enjoy casting a fly rod and hooking fish on them.
