10/26 Big Bay SD Hooping Report
On 10/26, hooped from 6:30pm until 10:30pm for 6 legals and roughly 25 to 30 shorts, too many to keep track. Was in 25 to 30ft of water, salmon heads and sardines. Caught 5 a couple of weeks ago, photo attached as well, so I broke off the tails, cleaned, and froze these ones. Beach launched next to Shelter Island under construction boat ramp. If anyone is interested in going lobster hooping in the future, let me know.

Nice Catch of Bugs
I wish I liked lobster as much as I do crab. I’d go with ya. I still have my lobster gear brand new.

Nick, join us...we should be in front of Humphreys (West Shelter Island Boat Ramp between 4:30 and 5:00 PM. Anyone else is welcome as well :lobster
