Opening Night Hooping 18' - Big Bay SD
Late report. Hooped from 8p til 1:30a for 3 legals and roughly 15 or 20 shorts, lost count. Stayed shallow which I'm guessing is why so many shorts? Not the biggest but 2 of the 3 legal bugs were solid though. Gave the smaller of the 3 to one of my nephews fishing on Shelter Island pier because he pulled up a ton of Macks for me for the next trip . The Shelter Island boat launch is still under renovation making for what felt like a really not-so busy opening night.

I love lobster. Nice work, not always easy. Macs are the ticket.
