Huntington harbor 4-5-08
Fished saturday with my friend for a big ole ZERO! Lauched from OEX sunset at high tide, trolled a rapala and a gulp jerkbait to the harbor for zilch. Tried to make bait for nada. Drifted with Gulp near the orange buoys and tossed a spinnerbait while i was at it, for nada. threw a Camo grub for nothing. No one was catching anything, not the kayakers, not the private boaters, no one. Fished until about 5pm and gave up. Went to get some halibut fish tacos after so it wasn't all bad.

HH
I was out there Saturday morning in the float tube with the fly rod and scored one nice spottie and had a few short strikes, but that was it for myself also. I think the water is still a bit on the cool side, but it should warm up pretty soon. See 'ya on the water,
