Whale sharks in Baja
Whale sharks seem to now be endangered. Mexico if fining those without permits, NO swimming, no private boats, dingys, paddleboards, kayaks. You can hire a licensed captain with boat or panga. Good luck, Tight Lines amigos.
I am sure moore detailed info will be out there soon. October 1 appears to be the start of the ban.
