6/24 la Jolla
Haven't been otw in what feels like months...
Late start for me with a 0700 launch. Made 1 greenback and a bunch of Spanish mac and went fly lining for yt. Conditions didn't look great for it so I gave up after a while, went to the 120' line and dropper looped for my first halibut. Came on board nice and easy and ended up being 33lbs. Stuck it out for another little bit but no action besides some sea lions. Back at the launch by 1200 and only saw one fish being loaded up. The parking lot and launch reminded me why I hate la Jolla summer weekends. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk |
