Rod holders!
No more banging/ scratching the rods! Left gap in middle for kayak to fit under! Cheers!

Great idea so long as there are no low-clearance issues on your route.
May I suggest you get some reel covers and rod socks? Should help add another level of protection just in case something unforeseen happens.... - KT |

PVC
Hardest part is making a mold to keep the pipe straight while drilling holes. I used some left over vanier from my step fathers shop and build a small box to slide the pipe with pre drilled out holes of the ones being drilled on the pvc
